Open Question: Unable to connect to any websites that are mmorpg related (10pts)?
Ok my internet cant seem to connect to mmorpg game sites. It works for everything else but i cant go to any mmorpg site with flash on it. ive tried perfectworld, runescape, earth eternal, and a few others but my internet will not let me move into it, but if i try newgrounds or ebaumsworld they work. -windows 7 -i use FF -their websites dont work on IE either -I cant go on the games from whats installed on my computer

Open Question: Which MMORPG should I try?
I played EQ for 7 years, then I couldn't play as much when I had two kids. SO I canceled my subscription. My kids are both below 2 years old now, but I have some time at night, so I was considering getting back on. I may be able to play 2-4 hours a week. In EQ, 2-4 hours a week doesn't give you time to do anything. I was considering Guild Wars (no monthly fees!) or World of Warcraft. But maybe there is another one out there I am not considering. I have an older computer (4 years old) so I don't think Aion will work well on it. I like group play (PvE) Tradeskilling Some soloing I am not a fan of PvP I also like challenging quests, and good story lines. I adore the Final Fantasy games because of the combat strategy involved. I also like Neverwinter Nights, like reading Tolkien, Salvatore, and Terry Brooks, also Terry Goodkind. And played some pen and paper D & D. I also want a mature fan base and I don't want to deal with bratty kids too much. Which was one great thing about EQ when they every moved to WoW becasue it was easier. I also like actually role playing my character. I tried Oblivion, but missed the MMO part, it just seemed like EQ, but without real people. And my computer couldn't handle the graphics, and thus most of the chilly mods. I also have some friends who play WoW who I could join up with. Any suggestions? Thanks. I tried NWN, and I couldn't find a server that was well populated. There were many that were true RP though which was nice. I don't want a "free" game where you buy upgrades with real money. I tried Guild Wars for a few days and didn't like it. It was like playing a video game, and was really cartoony. Not nearly as immersing or realistic like EQ was. It was dumb the way the HPs +30, -30, showed up over the characters heads. I want something more immersing, realistic, and mature, with good graphics. The "go to www.mmorpgbiglist" advice hasn't helped much. There are just too many options. I would appreciate more opinions about the games you've played, and what you've thought of them. I am almost leaning towards going back to EQ, unless I find something better. My laptop is 1.6 ghz, 2 mb RAM, 128 mb nVidia GeForce Go video card. Plays EQ, Guild Wars, NWN fine.

Hi, me and my boyfried are looking for a high to medium grade graphics MMORPG that has a good pet system and isnt insanly difficult to level. please do not recommend: Cabal Perfect world 9Dragons Shin Megami Tenshi SoulMaster SilkRoad 1 or 2 Flyff Rappelz Last Chaos or any turn base style games. Open Question: Are regions important for Final Fantasy 14?
I live in the Middle east, which means I should probably receive the European version of FF 14. But is it really mandatory to play with your possess region? I mean, assuming I buy the American version or the Japanese version, will I not be able to play them due to region protection? So my question is: is there region protection in FF 14? and can you play in an American district/region if you buy the version meant for the European region? If possible I would adore to hear from a beta tester of FF 14. But if you don't know for sure I'd settle for how region worked for FF 11 (being the only other FF MMORPG game). Thank you in advance.

I am 18 years old, i have a job, a girlfriend and a passion for online games *AND FINAL FANTASY*. and the ability to have my possess place *not bullshitting* when the brand new final fantasy xiv ONLINE MMORPG game, comes out at september 30th. i want to receive it ASAP and start a character and make a linkshell * clan, guild what ever you call it * with only players of 16 - 26 years old. and live in a certain area of australia *like queensland* to join the linkshell i will make the rules. ~must live in queensland. ~between the age of 16 - 26 ~10k entrance linkshell fee * game money * ~3k per week game money to be in the linkshell. ~must have selfless , helpful greatful friendly attitude. and comedic. ~and dedicated to the game and linkshell and take it seriously but moderately. *dont forget life , girls, job. etc.* and hopefuly with a tiny linkshell * a clan with like 10 - 20 players * <--- *cause im sure that wont have like 40 members or more, whod go through so many rules* but the 10 - 20 that do go through the rules and make a GREAT friendship online. strong companionship between each and every player . i could host like, drinking parties in real life and help pay for tickets to receive here in my back yard, or host lan parties with alcohol, every 2 months just we every receive together, every clan member in real life between the specefied rules. we receive together and have a great time, looking out for eachother and drinking and every. reckon its quite possible to do so? i would use Australian chat lounge forum to help recruit members that pass the test and every. all the entry fee and weekly payments would go to the linkshell BANK *one of my characters* and whenever they need a giant loan or something i can dip into the bank if he explain thoroughly what he wants and i KNOW he is good for the return of the money. with a 10% extra. and every now and than linkshell announcements like, lift the weekly wage. etcetera. and the bank can pay players at the end of each month, sorta like tax rebate

Open Question: MMORPG Browser/Text based Medieval Warfare Game?
I am looking for a game that my pal was playing a while ago but neither of us can remember the name. The system involved building buildings, training attackers & defenders, and you had a hero who could be a few different classes (thief, warrior, paladin, etc.) You could explore for land or invade other people's land for more acreage to build on (similar to dominon at kamikazegames.com). Any ideas, because I have been scouring the internet for this game. It wasn't evony (because that is a terrible game) because it was more texted based. I remember there also being gods to pick to worship and quests for your hero to do in order to gain equipment, xp, and resources.

Open Question: Is guild wars 2 really that good?
Hello, I'm trying to find a really good mmo game to play and prefer to stick with one mmo game. I was looking at guild wars 2 and it looks like an epic game. Three problems for me is that this is different for me than any other mmo games, I never tried guild wars becuase it didn't appeal me, maybe I should give it a try, anyways One, I'm used to play mmo games with monthly fees to show that it needs these profits to update their servers or add more content to the game and I find it difficult to take this game serious because of the no monthly fees. Two, I wonder if gw2 will contain more content and expansions since it is a mmorpg unless I'm missing something here. Then again I don't know how arenanet make their profits besides selling the game retail and gw2 merchandise. Did they deliver allot of content in guild wars? Three, this game will contain only 8 classes, I wish there's a way to make these classes different, I mean you as a player have the ability to pick unique skills and such. Those who understand the guild wars lore and gw2 game itself, share your opinion. Thank you I should have been clear, I meant to say the reviews and the hype I keep hearing about. I believe it's coming out later this year. Thanks for the feedback. I'll stick for another mmo game as I still can't take this game seriously and odd features to me that is.

I'm looking for a very unique mmo, something that I have never experienced before. For example, I have played a number of fps but none were like planetside. It was an open world fps with airplanes and tanks and stuff like that. I'm not saying I want an fps like planetside, but you could suggest something unique like that if you wanted. I would also prefer a real time game. For example, if you haven't seen them yet, I would prefer something like divine souls or vindictus. If any games are good enough, I could give you an extra reward as I have a leftover Ultimate Game Card on my hands. I would also prefer a F2P mmorpg. I am looking for any theme. Any type of game is acceptable except maybe point and click games like WOW.

Open Question: MMO Suggestions please?
I was wondering what games should play, and i couldnt think of any i havent been bored with. So I was wondering if anyone knew any games thatd be really fun to play! MMO;s anyway. I mean playing single player games are fun but no matter how vast it is it starts to receive stail. I also want to find the one game that draws me in and is really interesting every the time to me or just really fun. So basically a vast explorable world liek saint rows, wher eyour level and weapon choice in grand like disgaea, fighting like kingdom hearts, you can have heavy custom options for about anythign to make it yours or atleast have a preset list for people who hate that, and can do things beside sfighting liek sims or gaia, wher eyou can go in vehicles or what ever. I know thats aot and it may never happen but thats my dream game. i mean with every thiws just thing of the time and effort and money they would need, unles slike a town of people with unlimite dmoney did it itd be done fairly quick lieka year or two. i said this becaus ei thought itd give people a better insight of what game i would prefer, i want a quick paced mmorpg with good char customization atleats. i have played alot of mmos and they mostly suck. i liekd world of warcraft the most tho its a little overrated and its battle styles not that exciting it is vast and fun to play. i played gunz which i hate now s4 which is till do play like it alot perfect world is okay hate batle system, atm since im a digimon freak im layign th eonline game so yeah haha. so anyway got any suggestions. if its got a good battle system sick atleast try it. i rmember playthign this fighting mmo it was chilly but servers lagged alot. since ive been ramblign alot and cant even spell check beczue im so sleepy im not gunna list every th emmos ive played but onoly a few. First is ragnarok it was good but i want a free gaem unles sim crazy for it, perfect world hated battle system gunz got sleepy of hackers and lost my lvl 60 supreme destiny i oly played with pal and now thats its wyd global it sucks the ruine dit aika its chilly i liek the able to hit giant horde of enemies at a time secrets if solstice suuuuucks ya know i think ive actually tried atleast 60% of every mmos trieiid atleast so yeah. if you play a game and really adore it please tell me sick research it and look at vids on youtube and try it if it looks good. the game slisted i wont try anymor ehto. also it doesnt have to be online any ps3 games woudl be great to list cuz i dont got an xbox or wii anymore so yeah. anyway yeah sorry for al the spellin mistake new laptop with wierd keyboard and im sleepy as heck. also tell me what you think of my idea for the best game ever lol, email me or receive me at ps3 at KingOfHeartsTANK or various 0othe rgames with that name. ye si am a huge nerd oh well lol. ps i had to delete motst my idea caus eit waas like 15000 characters or smthin lol so email me if ya wanna hear it imma spellcheck n make it neat n sick send it to ya, tiny descriptions up there
