Open Question: i cant seem to launch perfect world international?

i just downloaded the game and got every the updates and set the resalution and launched the game once. It worked fine until i logged off and tried to log on again but couldnt find the start game button. It showed every the update manual account and what not and over it ,It said client running unable to proceed with update I downloaded every the patches off the website tha was given to me by customer support but still nothing. I herd great things aout this game and would really like o try it more then once but if you also know any bad ass mmorpg games that are better then perfecto world please tell me i already played cabal brightshadow war rock red cliff and karos
